1. Jump guns
In the past, when refueling at the gas station, when we heard a "click", it often meant that the fuel tank was full, and the principle is that the gun head sensor contacts the oil, self-seals the oil gun, stops refueling, and prevents oil spillage. Of course, because of the high air pressure in the fuel tank, the fast refueling speed, and the design of the car fuel tank, there will occasionally be a situation of "jumping the gun" without filling up. The same principle is the same for the charging of new energy vehicles.
In order to ensure charging safety, some stations will adjust the SOC threshold to 98%, that is, when the pile end detects that the remaining power of the vehicle reaches 98%, it will automatically stop charging. Therefore, it is normal for a "jumping gun" to occur when the vehicle's SOC reaches a preset value.

2. Lock gun
1. After the restart is successful, the settlement order is drawn again.
2. Close the door re-lock it with the electronic key and unlock it.
3. Look for the unlock button in the center console of the vehicle, and the unlock key for some models is on the car screen.
If you still can't unlock it, you can contact the 4S store for help and get the emergency unlocking method of the vehicle.
